This year’s sponsors’ dinner is throwing its doors open to the public as a major celebration of the Alexandra Truck, Ute and Rod show’s 20-year history.

The normally intimate dinner usually hosts about 100 guests, but this year 300 people will be treated to a night of speeches, music and good food.  Show committee member Gordon Simpson said show organisers decided to make this year’s dinner the biggest yet, to celebrate the contribution by past and current sponsors and supporters.  “There are a lot of people who have contributed a lot of time and effort to the Alexandra Truck, Ute and Rod Show, so we wanted to thank them,” Mr Simpson said.
