The Alexandra Truck, Ute and Rod Show Committee invites you to exhibit your ute or rod at this year’s show to be held on Sunday June 12th 2011 (Queens Birthday long weekend).
The Alexandra Truck, Ute and Rod Show is conducted over two kilometres of Alexandra’s main streets and admission is free. The show has increased in size each year with record entries in all sections and an estimated crowd in 2010 of between 12,000 and 15,000, making it one of the biggest events held in north east Victoria.
Proceeds raised from this year’s show will go towards equipping the Men’s Health Unit at Alexandra’s new hospital with important surgical equipment.
On Saturday June 11th we are organising a run out to Eildon, over the dam wall with the lake 85% full and back to the Timber Tramway Museum in Alexandra for lunch and a ride on the historic steam train.
We are meeting at Rotary Park in Alexandra at 10.30am for a 11am cruise to Eildon passing through some scenic pretty nearby towns on our way. If you would like to join us please fill in the details on the entry form, or contact Stu on 0418 543 310, for catering purposes.
